A retest on the Maggi samples showed Maggi safe to eat. Recently Mumbai High court asked FSSAI and Nestle to retest the samples in five labs, which is acceptable for both parties.

Earlier on June 5 Maggi noodle samples have sent to Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) in Mysore for retesting. It showed positive results and the FSSAI has commented it as questionable. Now the new development is retest done in the CTFRI an FSSAI approved institute has also found the results positive to Maggi.

The new development has raised hopes in the share market which resulted in the rise of the share price by 10 percent. The new development also gives excitement to the Maggi fans in the country
